| For security purposes, we require that you use the
ezEcash Electronic Cash Machine to obtain Ecash for chips.
You can use Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Firepay. For security, transactions are
processed via ezEcash's use of CyberCash's secure payment software.
CyberCash is encrypted and is one of the most secure methods available
online. At the order form, you must use only the address to which your
credit card statement is mailed or the order will be declined by the
bank.
Transactions are processed in United States Dollars and range
between $20.00 and $1000.00. Higher amounts, $1000.00 to $5,000.00 can

All sales are final, unless there is an unlikely interruption or
unusual problem with our system. In which event, we are happy to add
the "lost" chips back to your Account.
We are honest and we expect that you are too. All claims will be
investigated fully and if a credit is due, your Account will be
credited.
If there is a problem with your system, our
technical department
is available to assist you so that you may use the system as intended
so please do not request a credit merely because it doesn't work. Our
system can be used by almost any system and offers the best graphics
and sounds for the greatest gaming experience.

Why is my credit card being declined?

| A credit card decline can result for one of the
following reasons:
1. Your credit card number, expiration date or available credit
does not match correctly. As a result your BANK declined the
transaction.
2. You did not use the correct address in the order form. You must
use only the address to which your credit card statement is mailed.
This is verified by the BANK and your order will not be accepted if
the address does not match. Please check your address!!!
3. You used an incorrect email or telephone number and we were
unable to verify the purchase. You MUST always use your correct
email or telephone number.
4. We have blocked your Account (and possibly your credit card
number) because you have purchased more than our average permitted
purchase amount.
Generally, we attempt to contact you by email or telephone to
notify you of the excessive charges and Account blockage, however, we
may have been unable to contact you. This is for YOUR PROTECTION as
well as our own. If you believe that this is the problem, please

Are there any recurring charges?

| No. There are absolutely no recurring fees or
membership charges. At our casino, all you pay is for the chips that
you specifically request. |
How do I request my winnings?

| Simply go to the CASHIER, select Withdraw and
enter the amount desired.
Be sure to complete the entire form and use a correct email address
since you will be sent a confirmation email indicating the amount to
be withdrawn and a Reference Number. Keep the email and Reference
Number handy in case there is ever a problem.
How are winnings paid?
The amount requested will first be credited back to the credit card
or Ecash card which was used to purchase chips up to the amount of
purchase(s). If you used more than one card, each card will be
credited back up to the total amount purchased on each card.
Amounts in excess of your purchases, will be paid by check made
payable to you. Generally, checks will only be mailed to the address
to which your credit card statement is mailed. This is for security
reasons. Please allow one to two weeks for mail to arrive. If there
are any problems, we are happy to stop payment and issue another check
immediately.
How long does it take to get paid?
Normally, it takes between 1 to 2 days for us to process your
withdrawal, however due to BANK delays, your credit card refund may
not appear on your statement for up to 5 to 7 days. Please allow one
to two weeks for mail to arrive.
If you want to know the status of any withdrawals you've made, please
contact us with your Reference Number (as discussed above) and we will
update you promptly.

My winnings haven't arrived yet, how come?

| If the return to your credit card has not been posted
yet, and it has been more than 10 days, please

Be sure to provide the Reference Number of your request to withdraw.
The Reference Number is contained in the email which was sent to you
immediately after you requested the withdrawal.
If you are waiting for a check, and it has been more than 17 days,
please Contact Us
with the Reference Number in question so that we may stop payment and
issue another check. The Reference Number is contained in the email
which was sent to you immediately after you requested the withdrawal. |
